Save File as a .bat extension.example: Cz.bat
 Send it to someone. 

when they open file then  Their IP address will be lost, and therefore they won’t be able to fix it.

However, this is VERY easy to fix. Simply type in notepad:

IPconfig /renew

Save File as a .bat
